An Inconvenient Truth is an American Academy Award-winning documentary film about global warming, presented by former United States Vice President Al Gore and directed by Davis Guggenheim. It is the fourth-highest-grossing documentary film to date in the United States, after Fahrenheit 9/11, March of the Penguins and Sicko. The movie focuses on Al Gore and his travels in support of his efforts to educate the public about the severity of the climate crisis.
